Fire Started by Cigarette Damages All 8 Units in Building

SERVPRO of Ravenswood begins the restoration process immediately after Engine 78 & 83 of the Chicago Fire Dept. bravely put the fire out.
Around 10:00 PM Sunday Night, Engines 78 & 83 responded to a call of a burning 4-story apartment building in Uptown. The Chicago Fire Department quickly evacuated the tenants and put the fire out. The cause of the fire is believed to be a cigarette that was left unattended. Immediately after the fire was extinguished, SERVPRO of Ravenswood arrived on the scene to assess the aftermath.
