Smoke Damaged Apt. in Chicago, IL

A condominium west of Wicker Park in Chicago, IL was affected by smoke and soot damage from a fire in the happened in the building but not directly in the unit.  SERVPRO came in and assessed the damages.  The damage is not visible to the eye at a glance.  In the inspection pictures the place looks clean.  I’m attaching photos after the pack out of the customer’s belongings.  You can see inside the kitchen cabinets where the soot has settled around the drinking glasses leaving visible circle marks.  All the personal belongings were boxed up and transported to our warehouse where they were individually cleaned and sanitized.  Clothing and any soft goods were picked up by the dry cleaners who deal with the insurance company directly.  After everything in the condo was cleaned; wall, ceilings, floors, inside cabinets, etc. all the items were moved back into the unit.
