Mold affected apartment in Edgewater

This apartment was abandoned and turned over to a management company. When they saw mold on walls throughout they gave us a call. An indoor environmentalist came in and did a test to see what kind of mold we were dealing with. Unfortunately the whole apartment needed to be demolished down to the studs. The flooring was also buckling from past water damage and couldn’t be saved. After the removal of drywall and flooring, and even the kitchen sink, all the structural material needed to be cleaned. First it was sprayed with an industrial mold killer. After that dried it was scrubbed and hepa vacuumed. The indoor environmentalist came back and tested the studs to make sure that all the mold was gone. After that was confirmed everything was spray painted with an anti-microbial sealant.
